Terms and Conditions for Exchanging and Returning Goods and Refunds

You have 7 (seven) days from the date you receive the purchased product within which to return it to us should you wish to exchange it for another similar unit (from us) or receive a refund less costs incurred by us in executing your original order.

For any returns being made after the 7 (seven) days, reference will be made to our standard warranty terms and conditions. The cost of the return will be for your account and the equipment itself must be returned to our appointed warehouse operator who can be contacted at info@reworksafrica.com

The following terms and conditions for exchanging, returning and obtaining a refund will apply:-

1. The product must be returned to us securely packed in its original packaging together with the receipt issued by us to you when you bought the product;

2. All accessories which include, but are not limited to, docking stations, uninterruptible power supplies (“UPS”), power cords, monitors, upgrade components, software, external disc drives purchased together with the product must also be returned;

3. No modifications or repairs of any sort may be conducted on the product/s being returned unless approved in writing by Re.Works;

4. All refunds will be based upon the actual payment we received from you in respect of the purchase of the product less any expenses paid by us to 3rd parties who assisted us in processing your original order. The expenses will in the main be in respect of fees paid by us to service providers such as payment gateways, courier services, and service providers who performed any hard or software upgrades you may have requested us to make on your behalf when you purchased the product. In addition to the 3rd party expenses mentioned above, on return of the product to us it will be inspected to ensure it is in the same technical and visual condition it was in on the day it was sent to you. Any damages will also be deducted from the amount of the refund to you.

5. Re.Works will process refunds in respect of returned products within 30 days of receiving them back from you.
